If you would like expedited shipping and tracking and did not include this with your purchase, please contact me for a quote for a shipping upgrade. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes/import duties that may be charged by your postal office. Delivery time frames are not guaranteed. Packages can sometimes be held for inspection in customs inspection for your Country. Although rare, U.S customs has up to 45 days to inspect a held package. Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If for some reason, you are unhappy with your order, I will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, the shipping cost, and any Etsy or PayPal fees. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original package. Please choose a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please contact me right away to arrange for your return.
Custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.
In the event that your Mala or healing bracelet breaks, I can re-string it or fix it for you at no cost (excluding shipping costs) within 60 days of your purchase. After 60 days, I will restring for a flat fee.
PROPER JEWELRY CARE
☄ Never wear jewelry while bathing or swimming.
☄ Dry jewelry after they have been exposed to moisture.
☄ Plated jewelry can wear over time.
☄ Chemicals can ruin your jewelry. So please avoid excessive contact with lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products.
☄ You can use a soft cloth to clean your jewelry. Store away from humidity.
The stretch cord used is strong, but it's always recommended to roll the bracelet on and off.
Subtle variations are part of the charm of handmade items.
Please note that refunds will be given only after I have received the returned item.
I hand make each piece with love and intention. With ordinary wear, your jewelry should last many years.
